Il reddito locativo target annualizzato, esclusi i progetti, \u00e8 aumentato di 13%, raggiungendo 18,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Nel primo semestre dell'anno, i ricavi da locazione sono aumentati di 45% a 8,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri, mentre il tasso di morosit\u00e0 dei canoni di locazione, esclusi i progetti, \u00e8 diminuito di 2 punti percentuali a 4,62%. Le entrate totali del fondo sono aumentate da 6,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri dell'anno precedente a 7,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri.
