Secondo l'indice, elaborato da SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in collaborazione con la societ\u00e0 di consulenza immobiliare IAZI, le aspettative di prezzo sul fronte dell'offerta non sono diminuite nonostante l'aumento del tasso di interesse di riferimento da parte della BNS. Le case unifamiliari hanno chiesto 0,2% in pi\u00f9 rispetto al mese precedente. I condomini sono stati addirittura pubblicizzati a prezzi superiori di 0,7%. Gli autori dell'indice vedono una domanda stabile di appartamenti grazie all'immigrazione netta positiva. Tuttavia, \u00e8 probabile un rallentamento dell'andamento dei prezzi.<\/p>\n<h3>Anche gli affitti rimangono stabili<\/h3>\n<p>Anche i canoni di locazione pubblicizzati sono aumentati leggermente a luglio, attestandosi a 0,3%. I costi di locazione potrebbero presto aumentare in modo significativo a causa dell'aumento dei prezzi dell'energia.
