Affinch\u00e9 in futuro il processo di approvazione tramite la piattaforma \"eBaugesucheZH\" possa avvenire senza interruzioni cartacee e mediatiche, il governo cantonale propone ora al Consiglio cantonale una modifica della Legge sulla pianificazione e l'edilizia.<\/p>\n<p>Finora, secondo la legge vigente, \u00e8 necessario presentare due copie cartacee del fascicolo di costruzione e la ricevuta d'ingresso firmata a mano. Anche le singole fasi del processo di approvazione, ad esempio la diffusione al pubblico, non vengono eseguite tramite la piattaforma. La situazione \u00e8 destinata a cambiare. L'ulteriore sviluppo tecnico di \"eBaugesucheZH\" \u00e8 previsto fino all'inizio del 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo l'entrata in vigore dell'emendamento alla legge, i comuni avranno un periodo transitorio di
