Dall'inizio dell'anno, il fondo, che si rivolge a investitori qualificati, ha acquisito 13 immobili residenziali per un valore complessivo di 209 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Alla fine di giugno 2022, il portafoglio comprende un totale di 54 immobili con 1.630 appartamenti. All'inizio dell'anno c'erano ancora 1.176 appartamenti. Il valore di mercato degli immobili \u00e8 aumentato da 500,8 a 715 franchi. A giugno \u00e8 stato firmato anche il contratto di acquisto di un immobile con 48 appartamenti a Bienne per 16 milioni di franchi. Il passaggio di propriet\u00e0 avverr\u00e0 nel 4\u00b0 trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>Gli aggiornamenti di Helvetica sono disponibili anche per altri due fondi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lo Swiss Opportunity Fund, anch'esso riservato a investitori qualificati, ha acquistato tre immobili per 48 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel primo semestre dell'anno con i proventi di un aumento di capitale di 40 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Il reddito annuo da locazione del fondo, che si concentra su logistica, centri dati e mercati specializzati, \u00e8 quindi cresciuto di 2,2 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Il valore di mercato del portafoglio del fondo \u00e8 aumentato del 21,3%, raggiungendo i 284 milioni di franchi svizzeri. A luglio sono state acquisite altre tre propriet\u00e0 per un valore di mercato di 40 milioni di franchi svizzeri.<\/li>\n<li>Il Fondo commerciale svizzero Helvetica, quotato alla SIX Swiss Exchange, ha aumentato solo leggermente il suo valore di mercato di 0,4%, raggiungendo 753 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel 1\u00b0 semestre dell'anno.
