Gli investimenti nel settore dell'ingegneria civile sono aumentati di 1,0%, mentre si \u00e8 registrato un leggero calo di 0,4% nell'edilizia. Secondo le statistiche provvisorie sulle costruzioni dell'Ufficio federale di statistica (UST), il calo \u00e8 minimo, pari a 0,1% (reale: -2,8%). La spesa era gi\u00e0 stagnante nell'anno precedente, mentre \u00e8 leggermente aumentata nel 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Gli investimenti in nuovi progetti di costruzione sono diminuiti di 1,6% su base annua nel 2021, sia per i clienti pubblici (-4,7%) che per quelli privati (-0,8%). Gli investimenti in progetti di riconversione, invece, sono cresciuti di 2,4%, sempre a carico del settore pubblico (+4,1%) e privato (+1,3%).<\/p>\n<p>Il calo dell'edilizia, invece, \u00e8 dovuto esclusivamente al minore impegno dei costruttori privati, che hanno registrato un meno 0,6%. I clienti pubblici, invece, hanno aumentato gli investimenti in edilizia (+0,9%).<\/p>\n<h3>Elenco di lavoro aumentato<\/h3>\n<p>I lavori in corso (spese) per l'anno successivo 2022 dei progetti edilizi in costruzione, compresi i lavori di manutenzione pubblica, sono aumentati di 0,7% alla fine del 2021 rispetto al valore corrispondente dell'anno precedente. <em>(aw)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Secondo i dati dell'Ufficio federale di statistica (UST), la spesa per l'edilizia non \u00e8 aumentata per il secondo anno consecutivo.
