L'azienda \u00e8 stata in difficolt\u00e0 finanziarie per anni ed \u00e8 stata quindi venduta al gruppo polacco CCC nel 2018. Nel 2021, la tedesca CM Shoes e l'investitore finanziario GA Europe hanno rilevato il rivenditore di scarpe. In quell'occasione, i due hanno dichiarato di voler focalizzare ancora di pi\u00f9 il marchio V\u00f6gele Shoes sulle esigenze dei clienti svizzeri e di voler espandere l'attivit\u00e0 online.<\/p>\n<p>La moratoria provvisoria per la ristrutturazione del debito di Karl V\u00f6gele AG significa che l'azienda non potr\u00e0 essere gestita per i debiti in sospeso per i prossimi quattro mesi. L'attivit\u00e0 operativa continuer\u00e0. I proprietari hanno ora tempo fino a ottobre per elaborare un piano di ristrutturazione.
