A ci\u00f2 hanno contribuito il successo delle locazioni e l'apprezzamento del portafoglio immobiliare.<\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 le acquisizioni non erano fattibili a causa del difficile contesto di mercato, l'attenzione si \u00e8 concentrata sull'ottimizzazione dello spazio offerto, spiega Z\u00fcblin. La durata media ponderata del contratto di locazione (WALT) \u00e8 stata di 3,5 anni (anno precedente 3,8). I canoni di locazione sono saliti a 9,1 milioni di franchi svizzeri, con un aumento di 10% rispetto all'anno precedente, dovuto principalmente al riaffitto dell'intero immobile di Holbeinstrasse 22 a Zurigo.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo Z\u00fcblin, la commercializzazione dello spazio dimostra che la tendenza dell'home office continua e che le forme di lavoro diventano sempre pi\u00f9 ibride. Dal punto di vista dell'inquilino, la qualit\u00e0 della posizione e la flessibilit\u00e0 dello spazio offerto sono determinanti per l'affitto di nuovi uffici.
