Le cooperative edilizie potranno ricevere una riduzione del tasso di interesse fino allo 0,50%. Le agevolazioni saranno concesse per le estensioni dei mutui esistenti e per i nuovi mutui.<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, le riduzioni del tasso di interesse sono legate a determinate condizioni: Secondo la ZKB, il requisito fondamentale per un mutuo ZKB Wohnplus \u00e8 che il canone di locazione residenziale sia inferiore a quello di mercato di almeno 15%. Inoltre, il modello di valutazione comprende 28 criteri di qualificazione applicabili agli sviluppatori di alloggi non profit e ai loro insediamenti. Sono stati presi in considerazione standard consolidati, come gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile dell'ONU, lo Standard Svizzero per l'Edilizia Sostenibile (SNBS) e i Principi Guida per la Costruzione di Case Non-Profit in Svizzera, secondo lo ZKB.
