La Schwyzer Kantonalbank spiega l'aumento dei prezzi per gli immobili di medie dimensioni di 15% con una situazione di offerta ristretta. Anche se il tasso di offerta \u00e8 aumentato un po' di recente, \u00e8 ancora molto al di sotto della media svizzera di 2,3% a 1,1%. L'anno scorso, solo circa 150 case unifamiliari sono state approvate per la costruzione in tutto il cantone.<\/p>\n<p>La situazione \u00e8 difficilmente pi\u00f9 rilassata nella propriet\u00e0 condominiale: L'anno scorso, il prezzo d'acquisto di un condominio di medie dimensioni nel cantone di Svitto \u00e8 salito di ben 9%, che corrisponde a un premio di circa 100.000 franchi.
