L'utile lordo \u00e8 aumentato di 63,1% a 155,9 milioni nello stesso periodo (anno precedente: 95,6 milioni). Secondo ODH, l'EBITDA rettificato \u00e8 quasi raddoppiato nel periodo di riferimento a 130,9 milioni (anno precedente: 67,5 milioni; +93,9%).<\/p>\n<p>La quota di ODH nelle perdite delle societ\u00e0 collegate era scesa di 44,8% a 4,8 milioni (anno precedente: 8,7 milioni). Il miglioramento \u00e8 stato principalmente guidato dall'investimento in Andermatt, ha detto la societ\u00e0. Nel quarto trimestre, Andermatt Swiss Alps ha generato un utile di 7,2 milioni, contro una perdita di 5,8 milioni nell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>ODH ha registrato il suo primo utile netto in sette anni: ha raggiunto 9,5 milioni, dopo una perdita di 38,4 milioni nell'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<h3>L'attivit\u00e0 immobiliare era un motore di fatturato<\/h3>\n<p>Le vendite di immobili sono state un fattore chiave di crescita: In totale, ODH ha smaltito 664,3M di propriet\u00e0 nell'anno fiscale 2021, un aumento di 57,7% rispetto all'anno fiscale 2020. L'occupazione degli hotel Chedi Andermatt e Radisson Blu \u00e8 aumentata a un totale di 53% (anno precedente: 45%), con un'occupazione di 70% per il Chedi e di 44% per il Radisson Blu.
