Le idee devono sfociare in un piano generale entro la fine del 2016.<\/p>\n<p>L'antefatto \u00e8 rappresentato dai progetti delle FFS per l'adeguamento strutturale della stazione di Dietlikon. Per un nuovo tunnel a Br\u00fctten, sempre pi\u00f9 probabile, sarebbe necessario un binario di accesso direttamente dalla stazione di Dietlikon, che si dirama a nord attraverso il campo aperto in direzione di Bassersdorf. Poich\u00e9 i binari sarebbero sul lato della stazione, l'attuale edificio della stazione dovrebbe cedere il passo. Se questo quarto binario venisse effettivamente costruito, l'incrocio di Br\u00fcttisellerstrasse dovrebbe essere sostituito da una metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, il Comune sta studiando un nuovo utilizzo per il vicino sito di Faisswiesen, attualmente utilizzato come parcheggio. Il terreno \u00e8 di propriet\u00e0 del Comune e assegnato alla zona centrale. Secondo i calcoli dell'ufficio sviluppo, sono disponibili da 4.000 a 5.100 metri quadrati di area edificabile, a seconda della variante di progetto. Gli edifici avranno da sei a sette piani.<\/p>\n<p>Per gli uffici e i servizi sono disponibili da 14.000 a 17.000 m\u00b2 di superficie contigua, principalmente lungo la linea FFS. Al piano terra sono previste strutture orientate al pubblico e la creazione di una piazza della stazione con negozi e aree di incontro. Sul sito di Badi, un nuovo edificio a due piani potrebbe ospitare un ristorante, spogliatoi esterni per la piscina all'aperto ed eventualmente una palestra.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il consiglio comunale, l'utente principale dello spazio per uffici sarebbe l'impresa di costruzioni locale Implenia, che potrebbe trasferire qui la sua nuova sede. Secondo il consiglio comunale, a Implenia verrebbero concessi diritti esclusivi di pianificazione per un anno. Tuttavia, sono convinti che sia possibile trovare altri investitori se Implenia non \u00e8 interessata.<\/p>\n<p>Il consiglio comunale di Dietlik vuole adottare il piano regolatore non vincolante come strumento di pianificazione di base entro la fine di quest'anno. L'assemblea comunale deve approvare un contratto di locazione di un edificio tra il Comune e un investitore e il piano di progettazione obbligatorio. Se tutto procede senza intoppi e come previsto, la costruzione potrebbe iniziare non prima del 2020.
