L'indice svizzero dell'offerta immobiliare per gli affitti richiesti, elaborato da ImmoScout 24 e IAZI, al 30 settembre si \u00e8 attestato su un prezzo medio annuo lordo degli affitti di circa 263 franchi per metro quadro di superficie abitabile, con un calo dello 0,6% rispetto al precedente mese di agosto.<\/p>\n<p>Le riduzioni dei prezzi di richiesta dei condomini di luglio e agosto di quest'anno sono state nuovamente neutralizzate a settembre. In cifre, ci\u00f2 significa un aumento dell'1,9% il mese scorso. \"I prossimi mesi mostreranno se si tratta solo di un calo estivo o se i prezzi continueranno a salire oltre la soglia dei 7.150 franchi per un metro quadro di superficie netta abitabile\", commenta Martin Waeber, direttore di ImmoScout24. L'aumento dei prezzi su base annua \u00e8 stato recentemente del 3,3%.<\/p>\n<p>A settembre le case unifamiliari sono state quotate a un prezzo mediano di 6.020 franchi svizzeri per metro quadro di superficie netta abitabile, lo 0,6% in meno rispetto ad agosto. Tuttavia, in tutta la Svizzera si \u00e8 registrato un moderato aumento dello 0,6% su base annua.
