Oggi il rinnovamento sta subendo un certo ritardo. L'attuale tasso di 1% deve essere raddoppiato se la Svizzera vuole raggiungere i suoi obiettivi climatici.<\/p>\n<p>L'esperienza dimostra che durante il processo di ristrutturazione viene attribuita un'importanza troppo limitata al rinnovamento energetico rispetto alle nuove costruzioni sostitutive. Spesso i proprietari terrieri non dispongono di informazioni essenziali sul potenziale economico, ambientale e sociale delle ristrutturazioni energetiche. \u00c8 quindi proprio per questo motivo che il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewz.ch\/edl\/fr\/home\/expertise.html?aa_cmp=publireportage_content-hub-01-22_publirep-immobusiness-san-wp-fr_desktop_1x1_014_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pubblicazione specializzata:<\/a> fornire un quadro globale dell'urgenza, del quadro normativo, dei benefici, delle opportunit\u00e0 e delle strategie possibili della ristrutturazione energetica.<\/p>\n<p>I risultati di una valutazione (analisi del ciclo di vita, ACV) e di un'analisi dei costi del ciclo di vita (CCV) costituiscono ottime basi per il processo decisionale. L'ex tenuta G\u00f6hner, abitata per la prima volta nel 1984 e che oggi ospita circa 1500 residenti in 368 appartamenti, \u00e8 di propriet\u00e0 di un fondo immobiliare di Credit Suisse Asset Management dal 2008.<\/p>\n<p>L'elemento centrale della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewz.ch\/edl\/fr\/home\/projets\/webermuehle.html?aa_cmp=publireportage_content-hub-01-22_publirep-immobusiness-san-weberm-fr_desktop_1x1_014_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ristrutturazione energetica della Weberm\u00fchle<\/a> \u00e8 stato il nuovo orientamento dell'approvigionamento in corrente alternata. A questo proposito, il responsabile del progetto aveva definito fin dall'inizio un obiettivo chiaro: la fornitura di energia per il riscaldamento doveva diventare almeno 70% neutrale in termini di emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Con un'installazione di questa portata, il Credit Suisse Asset Management ha deciso di affidare la sostituzione del sistema di chauffage a un prestatario piuttosto che produrre direttamente lo chaleur.
