L'impresa di costruzioni ha annunciato di aver superato significativamente il suo obiettivo di raggiungere un EBIT di oltre 100 milioni di franchi. Tutte le divisioni e i mercati rilevanti hanno contribuito all'aumento. Il risultato \u00e8 stato anche influenzato positivamente da effetti una tantum pari a 38,3 milioni nel corso della trasformazione della societ\u00e0. Implenia si concentra ora sulla costruzione e sui servizi immobiliari in Svizzera e in Germania e offre la costruzione di tunnel e progetti infrastrutturali correlati in altri mercati.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo le cifre, il portafoglio ordini ha raggiunto 6,88 miliardi, rispetto ai 6,38 miliardi dell'anno precedente. Le entrate sono scese meno del previsto nonostante gli aggiustamenti del portafoglio e la durata pi\u00f9 lunga dei progetti, ha aggiunto Implenia: sono scese da 3,98 miliardi a 3,76 miliardi. L'utile netto consolidato ammontava a 64,0 milioni; nel 2020, un meno 132,1 milioni era ancora in bilancio. \"Dopo gli aggiustamenti del portafoglio, con un focus strategico su progetti redditizi e complessi e grazie alla garanzia del valore, tutte le divisioni sono ben posizionate per aumentare ulteriormente la redditivit\u00e0\", dice il CEO Andr\u00e9 Wyss.<\/p>\n<h2>Ancora una volta nessun dividendo in vista<\/h2>\n<p>Come nell'anno precedente, non ci sar\u00e0 alcun dividendo nonostante le buone cifre. Il consiglio di amministrazione intende proporre all'assemblea generale annuale del 29 marzo di non pagare alcun dividendo per rafforzare il patrimonio netto di almeno 80 milioni nell'anno in corso, ha detto Implenia. Il coefficiente di capitale proprio al 31 dicembre 2021 \u00e8 di 11,6% (2020: 10,3%). A medio termine, l'azienda punta a un valore di oltre 20%. Questo deve essere raggiunto attraverso il miglioramento dell'attivit\u00e0 operativa, compreso l'aumento dei ricavi da servizi e i dividendi attesi dagli investimenti.<\/p>\n<p>Per il 2022, Implenia si aspetta un EBIT di oltre 120 milioni, e nel medio termine la societ\u00e0 mira a raggiungere un margine EBIT di 3,5%. A lungo termine, dovrebbe essere 4,5%.<\/p>\n<h2>Cambiamenti nel Consiglio di amministrazione e nella Direzione generale<\/h2>\n<p>Come Implenia annuncia insieme ai risultati annuali, ci saranno cambiamenti nel consiglio di amministrazione e nel comitato esecutivo. Il membro del consiglio di amministrazione Ines P\u00f6schel non si candider\u00e0 per la rielezione; \u00e8 stata membro e presidente del comitato di nomina e compensazione dal 2016. L'avvocato Judith Bischof, General Counsel e membro del comitato esecutivo di Ruag International Holding dal 2018, sar\u00e0 eletto come suo successore. Secondo Implenia, ha una vasta esperienza e capacit\u00e0 di leadership nel diritto e nella conformit\u00e0 cos\u00ec come nella trasformazione del business.<\/p>\n<p>Il direttore finanziario (CFO) Marco Dirren lascer\u00e0 Implenia su sua richiesta alla fine di giugno dopo un periodo di passaggio di consegne, aggiunge la societ\u00e0. A partire dal 1\u00b0 maggio, Stefan Baumg\u00e4rtner assumer\u00e0 la posizione di CFO e diventer\u00e0 quindi anche un membro del comitato esecutivo. Baumg\u00e4rtner \u00e8 CFO e membro del comitato esecutivo del gruppo EMS dal 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Come Head Buildings e Country President Germany, Matthias Jacob si concentrer\u00e0 sullo sviluppo del mercato tedesco, di importanza strategica.
