Il patrimonio del fondo \u00e8 cresciuto di 8,45% a 1,23 miliardi. Le ragioni principali di questo aumento sono stati gli investimenti in progetti di sviluppo cos\u00ec come nelle propriet\u00e0 completate nell'anno di riferimento e l'aumento del valore delle propriet\u00e0 nel portafoglio immobiliare, riferisce Realstone.<\/p>\n<p>Il patrimonio netto dei fondi \u00e8 aumentato di 15,07% a 1,05 miliardi nell'anno in esame e il valore netto d'inventario (NAV) per quota \u00e8 salito da CHF 203,34 nell'anno precedente a CHF 208,00, con un conseguente rendimento degli investimenti di 5,03% (anno precedente: 5,4%).<\/p>\n<p>Secondo le informazioni, il reddito di Solvalor 61 \u00e8 aumentato di 8,74% o 4,77 milioni per un totale di 59,36 milioni nell'anno di riferimento. L'aumento \u00e8 stato in gran parte dovuto all'aumento del reddito da locazione a seguito della consegna di nuovi edifici a Nyon e ai proventi dell'aumento di capitale in maggio, ha detto Realstone.
