Nello stesso periodo, il reddito da locazione \u00e8 aumentato del 3,1% a 78,4 milioni di CHF. Il reddito netto \u00e8 aumentato di 4,7% a 47,9 milioni, mentre il reddito totale \u00e8 salito di 33,3% a 104,5 milioni. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto principalmente alle plusvalenze non realizzate, che sono aumentate da 32,0 milioni a 53,2 milioni nel periodo di riferimento, secondo una dichiarazione.<\/p>\n<p>Il valore di mercato del portafoglio \u00e8 aumentato diTP1T 7,31 miliardi aTP1,81 miliardi, di cui circa la met\u00e0 \u00e8 dovuta agli investimenti nel portafoglio e alle acquisizioni, e l'altra met\u00e0 ai cambiamenti legati al mercato.<\/p>\n<p>Alla data di riferimento del 30 giugno 2021, il patrimonio netto del fondo Immofonds \u00e8 aumentato del 14,2% a 1,29 miliardi e il valore d'inventario per quota \u00e8 passato da 351,00 CHF a 367,35 CHF. Il prezzo delle azioni del fondo - aggiustato per l'aumento di capitale nell'ottobre 2020 - sarebbe salito del 17,7% a CHF 590,00 nell'esercizio. La capitalizzazione di mercato \u00e8 aumentata a 2,07 miliardi e si \u00e8 raggiunta una performance di 20,4%.
