Tuttavia, le opinioni differiscono su come esattamente il sito dovrebbe essere sviluppato. Secondo il consiglio comunale di Langenthal, la partecipazione alla pianificazione di prova ha dimostrato che c'\u00e8 accordo sul fatto che il sito di Porzi dovrebbe essere utilizzato in modo pi\u00f9 vivace e diversificato. Tuttavia, i partecipanti non erano d'accordo su quali usi dovrebbero essere permessi e su come trattare gli edifici esistenti e gli ulteriori sviluppi.<\/p>\n<p>Il consiglio comunale vuole anche permettere la costruzione di abitazioni sul sito in futuro. La questione particolarmente controversa se ci debbano essere anche dei grattacieli sul sito di Porzi sar\u00e0 comunque \"esaminata e interrogata di nuovo in dettaglio come parte dell'ulteriore elaborazione\", scrive il consiglio comunale nella sua dichiarazione.<\/p>\n<p>In un prossimo passo, la citt\u00e0 vuole elaborare un accordo di pianificazione insieme ai proprietari dei terreni per definire la procedura di concessione edilizia. Tuttavia, la citt\u00e0 non vuole iniziare questa procedura di zonizzazione fino al 2025.
