Il risultato positivo \u00e8 stato influenzato in modo significativo dalla rettifica di valutazione degli immobili, pari a 140.000 franchi svizzeri (prima met\u00e0 dell'anno precedente: -380.000 franchi svizzeri), riferisce Acron.<\/p>\n<p>Sulla base della nuova valutazione al 30 giugno 2016, il valore di bilancio dell'immobile per uffici a Soletta \u00e8 stato ridotto di 90.000 franchi rispetto al valore di fine 2015 (primo semestre dell'anno precedente: 290.000), mentre quello dell'immobile per uffici e logistica a Buchs \u00e8 stato aumentato di 230.000 franchi (primo semestre dell'anno precedente: -90.000). Il valore patrimoniale netto della societ\u00e0 era di 9,01 franchi svizzeri per azione al 30 giugno 2016, il che corrisponde a un aumento del nove per cento rispetto alla fine del 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leggero calo dell'utile di Acron Helvetia III<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acron Helvetia III Immobilien AG, con in portafoglio l'immobile ad uso ufficio \"T-Systems\" di M\u00fcnchenbuchsee\/Bern-Zollikofen, ha conseguito un utile semestrale di 239.752 franchi svizzeri nel primo semestre 2016, rispetto ai 285.996 franchi dello stesso periodo dell'anno precedente. La formazione di accantonamenti per lavori di conversione in conformit\u00e0 al contratto di locazione ha ridotto il risultato di 318.500 franchi svizzeri, riferisce Acron. Al 30 giugno 2016, il valore dell'immobile \u00e8 stato rettificato al rialzo di 140.000 franchi svizzeri rispetto alla fine del 2015 ed \u00e8 ora pari a 26,33 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Il valore patrimoniale netto della societ\u00e0 al 30 giugno 2016 era di 132,72 franchi svizzeri per azione, con un aumento del 3,58% rispetto alla fine del 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svalutazione ad Acron Helvetia VII<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il portafoglio di Acron Helvetia VII Immobilien AG comprende l'immobile per uffici \"Portikon\" nel Glattpark di Zurigo-Opfikon. Il fondo ha conseguito un utile di circa 1,19 milioni di franchi svizzeri nel primo semestre del 2016, con un calo significativo rispetto allo stesso semestre dell'anno precedente, quando l'utile era ancora di 3,06 milioni di franchi svizzeri. La diminuzione \u00e8 dovuta essenzialmente alla rivalutazione dell'immobile di -1,38 milioni a 141,82 milioni alla fine del primo semestre.<\/p>\n<p>I ricavi da locazione, pari a 61.254 franchi, sono diminuiti dell'1,5% rispetto al primo semestre dell'anno precedente, attestandosi a 3,95 milioni di franchi (anno precedente: 4 milioni di franchi). Il valore patrimoniale netto della societ\u00e0 al 30 giugno 2016 era di 116,26 franchi svizzeri per azione, con un aumento dell'1,2% rispetto alla fine del 2015.
