Un forte contributo alle vendite nella zona MMEA \u00e8 stato dato dalla Penisola Iberica, con un aumento dell'11,5%. In Francia, le vendite sono diminuite del 2,6%, ma sono state particolarmente forti a Parigi, dove il RevPAR \u00e8 crollato del 12%.<\/p>\n<p>Nel primo semestre 2016 sono stati ristrutturati 120 hotel, di cui 81 in affitto e 39 di propriet\u00e0. Queste operazioni hanno avuto l'effetto di ridurre l'indebitamento netto rettificato di 233 milioni di euro. Inoltre, Accor Hotels Group ha venduto 85 hotel in Europa nei segmenti economy e midscale a Grape Hospitality, una piattaforma alberghiera controllata al 70% da Eurazeo e al 30% da AccorHotels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fairmont Raffles Hotels International incorporato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sullo sfondo degli eventi in Gran Bretagna (parola chiave: Brexit), in Francia e Germania (attentati e omicidi) e in Turchia (stato di emergenza politica) e con il consolidamento per la prima volta dei risultati di Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) nella seconda met\u00e0 dell'anno, il gruppo prevede un EBIT per l'intero 2016 in un intervallo relativamente ampio tra 670 e 720 milioni di euro. Questa forbice si restringer\u00e0, come nel 2015, quando il 18 ottobre 2016 verranno pubblicati i dati sui ricavi del terzo trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>La chiusura dell'acquisizione di FRHI da parte di AccorHotels \u00e8 avvenuta il 12 luglio 2016. AccorHotels \u00e8 presente in Svizzera con 54 hotel con oltre 6.000 camere, pi\u00f9 i tre hotel svizzeri FRHI con un totale di 821 camere, e impiega pi\u00f9 di 1.000 persone.
