Questo risultato \u00e8 stato ottenuto grazie alla gestione degli asset di Peach Property Group negli ultimi anni, in particolare con la vendita del sito di Gretag a Regensdorf, vicino a Zurigo, e di un immobile commerciale vicino a D\u00fcsseldorf, secondo Peach Property.<\/p>\n<p>Il rimborso dell'obbligazione potrebbe quindi avvenire senza l'accensione di un nuovo debito. Di conseguenza, gli indici di bilancio migliorano, in quanto le passivit\u00e0 del Gruppo si riducono in modo significativo, mentre il totale del bilancio si riduce allo stesso tempo. Inoltre, i costi di finanziamento sono significativamente ridotti, scrive Peach Property in un comunicato stampa.<\/p>\n<p>Marcel Kucher, direttore finanziario di Peach Property Group, ha dichiarato: \"Il rimborso del nostro prestito obbligazionario in euro con fondi generati dalle operazioni rappresenta una pietra miliare nello sviluppo della nostra azienda. Di conseguenza, la quota di capitale proprio torner\u00e0 ad aumentare considerevolmente\".<\/p>\n<p>L'obbligazione 6,6% \u00e8 stata emessa nel luglio 2011 ed \u00e8 stata quotata nell'Entry Standard della Borsa di Francoforte.
