Sui due lotti verr\u00e0 costruito un complesso di cinque piani con una superficie di 8.800 m\u00b2. Sono previste 136 camere in un'area a tre stelle e altre 140 in un'area a due stelle. \u00c8 prevista anche una sala per seminari che pu\u00f2 ospitare fino a 230 persone. Al piano interrato e al piano terra saranno ricavati circa 170 posti auto. Il gestore dell'hotel non \u00e8 ancora noto.<\/p>\n<p>Il secondo progetto alberghiero a R\u00fcmlang sar\u00e0 realizzato in Hofwiesenstrasse 4. \u00c8 previsto un edificio di cinque piani con 85 camere. Secondo il giornale, l'investitore \u00e8 Jet Schweiz IT AG. La societ\u00e0 ha gi\u00e0 rilevato due hotel esistenti a Sursee (LU) e Duggingen\/Aesch (BL). La domanda di costruzione \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata approvata e si prevede che presto sar\u00e0 approvata una domanda di modifica, scrive il giornale. Ci\u00f2 significa che la costruzione potrebbe iniziare quest'anno.<\/p>\n<p>A R\u00fcmlang ci sono finora l'Holiday Inn Express con 163 camere e il Park Inn (ex Golden Arch) con 210 camere.
