Su base annua, la crescita dei prezzi \u00e8 stata dello 0,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Il tasso di crescita dell'EWO \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 elevato nel primo trimestre: i prezzi sono aumentati dell'1,1% (trimestre precedente: 1,1%). Su base annua, il tasso di crescita \u00e8 del 2,2% e si \u00e8 quindi avvicinato alla crescita media dei prezzi a lungo termine del 2,8%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anche i condomini stanno tornando ad essere pi\u00f9 costosi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per la prima volta dopo oltre un anno, i prezzi dei condomini (MFH) sono aumentati nuovamente nel primo trimestre. La crescita dei prezzi \u00e8 stata dello 0,4% (trimestre precedente: 0,0%). Nel caso di immobili non ristrutturati, il tasso di interesse di riferimento, stabile da tempo, impedisce un adeguamento dei canoni di locazione verso l'alto.<\/p>\n<p>La performance delle AMF nel primo trimestre \u00e8 stata dell'1,3% (trimestre precedente: 0,8%).
