Il prezzo medio richiesto nella citt\u00e0 di Zurigo \u00e8 sceso da 330 CHF\/mq p.a. a 322 CHF\/mq p.a.. L'affitto primario \u00e8 sceso da CHF 825\/mq p.a. a CHF 800\/mq p.a.<\/p>\n<p>Anche l'offerta di spazi per uffici nella citt\u00e0 di Basilea continua a diminuire e rimane in linea con la tendenza degli ultimi anni. Nel primo trimestre di quest'anno, nella citt\u00e0 di Basilea sono disponibili 48.100 metri quadrati di spazi per uffici. L'offerta di spazi per uffici nel CBD \u00e8 di 13.400 metri quadrati. Il tasso di offerta per il CBD \u00e8 del 2%. Nella citt\u00e0 di Basilea, la disponibilit\u00e0 di grandi spazi combinati di oltre 500 metri quadrati \u00e8 limitata. La maggior parte degli spazi per uffici presenti sul mercato \u00e8 compresa tra i 150 e i 300 mq.
