Il risultato include anche effetti negativi sui tassi di cambio per un totale di circa 2,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri, dopo che la BNS ha abbandonato la soglia minima di cambio con l'euro nel gennaio 2015 e l'euro si \u00e8 quindi fortemente deprezzato. L'utile al netto delle imposte \u00e8 migliorato a 1,2 milioni di franchi.<\/p>\n<p>L'ulteriore espansione del portafoglio, compreso l'acquisto di 636 appartamenti in Nord Reno-Westfalia, ha aumentato il valore di mercato delle partecipazioni di circa il 20%, raggiungendo 218,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri. I ricavi da locazione sono aumentati del 12% rispetto all'anno precedente, raggiungendo gli 8,6 milioni (in valuta locale al 20%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>L'attivit\u00e0 di sviluppo si \u00e8 ulteriormente ridotta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con il completamento del progetto \"Living 108\" e la consegna di appartamenti in altri progetti, Peach Property ha ridotto in modo significativo la percentuale di attivit\u00e0 di sviluppo. I progetti di sviluppo rappresentano ora circa il 30% dell'intero portafoglio. Nel 2015 sono stati generati ricavi dalle propriet\u00e0 di sviluppo per un totale di 75,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri (anno precedente: 126,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri). Il reddito operativo \u00e8 sceso da 194,6 milioni dell'anno precedente a 112,6 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie all'aumento degli utili e al collocamento di un'obbligazione ibrida per 25 milioni di franchi, Peach Property ha aumentato significativamente il proprio patrimonio netto alla fine del 2015. Con 114 milioni di franchi svizzeri, ha superato la cifra dell'anno precedente di ben 29 milioni di franchi svizzeri.
