Gli uffici di Basilea di Buchner Br\u00fcndler Architekten e Berchtold.Lenzin Landschaftsarchitekten sono usciti vincitori da un concorso di studi per il sito Rohner di 32.000 mq vicino alla stazione di Pratteln. Il piano \u00e8 per un quartiere a uso misto con fino a 400 appartamenti per 1.000 persone, edifici commerciali e uffici per circa 500 posti di lavoro e generosi spazi pubblici verdi e aperti che creano un collegamento con i quartieri esistenti. Il design deve ora essere specificato pi\u00f9 dettagliatamente nel quadro di un progetto indicativo.<\/p>\n

Marco Feusi, CEO di Hiag Immoblien Holding AG, ha detto all'orientamento dei media online che il sito \u00e8 privo di sostanze chimiche dal novembre 2020, e la decostruzione sar\u00e0 completata a settembre. \"Vogliamo avviare qui uno sviluppo poliedrico e sostenibile e riposizionare il sito\". Lo sviluppo del sito offre una grande opportunit\u00e0 e un valore aggiunto per il comune, valorizzando l'intera area della stazione ferroviaria e creando un'offerta attraente per i quartieri residenziali vicini con gli spazi esterni e aperti e i piccoli edifici lungo il confine meridionale.
