Nel 2020, il gruppo edile ha registrato un calo delle entrate di 10% a 3,9 miliardi di franchi svizzeri (2019: 4,4 miliardi), che, secondo il rapporto annuale, \u00e8 stato dovuto principalmente alla pandemia Covid 19. Il risultato operativo a livello di EBITDA \u00e8 stato negativo per 4,9 milioni (anno precedente: 186,8 milioni); l'EBIT \u00e8 stato pari a -146,8 milioni (anno precedente: +63,5 milioni). Il risultato finale \u00e8 un risultato consolidato di -132,1 milioni (anno precedente: 33,9 milioni). Sulla base del risultato dell'esercizio 2020, che ha risentito di vari effetti negativi una tantum, il Consiglio di amministrazione di Implenia intende proporre all'Assemblea generale annuale (30.03.21) di non pagare alcun dividendo quest'anno.<\/p>\n<p>Il rapporto di capitale proprio \u00e8 sceso temporaneamente a 10,3% nell'anno di riferimento (2019: 19,2%). Secondo la relazione annuale, ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto a effetti negativi una tantum e alla distribuzione di un dividendo in natura derivante dalla transazione Ina Invest (112,4 milioni). Il potenziale di crescita del portafoglio di sviluppo che rimane a Implenia porterebbe a un rapporto di capitale proprio ben superiore a 15%, secondo la direzione di Implenia. A medio termine, Implenia punta a un rapporto di capitale proprio superiore a 20% - sulla base \"della solida attivit\u00e0 operativa, dei crescenti ricavi da servizi di Ina Invest e dei dividendi attesi dalla partecipazione di 42,5% in Ina Invest AG\".<\/p>\n<p>Implenia ha un portafoglio ordini di 6,4 miliardi (2019: 6,2 miliardi). L'aumento si basa principalmente sui nuovi progetti di punta vinti in Svizzera e Germania. Secondo la direzione di Implenia, pi\u00f9 di 80% delle entrate previste per il 2021 sono gi\u00e0 state assicurate tramite ordini.<\/p>\n<p>Il management di Implenia punta a un ritorno alla redditivit\u00e0 nell'esercizio finanziario 2021. Per l'anno in corso si prevede che l'EBIT superi i 100 milioni, il che corrisponderebbe a un EBITDA di oltre 200 milioni.
