Un'alleanza tra SVP, FDP, la maggioranza della fazione di centro e alcuni rappresentanti del GLP ha prevalso contro i voti del PS, dei Verdi e del PPE, che appartiene alla fazione di centro.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto di legge del Consiglio federale prevedeva che gli inquilini e gli affittuari colpiti da una chiusura ufficiale o da una grave restrizione in primavera dovessero pagare solo 40% dell'affitto per questo periodo - 60% erano a carico dei proprietari. La legge interferirebbe retroattivamente con i rapporti contrattuali privati, la maggioranza borghese ha giustificato il suo rifiuto. Inoltre, la soluzione attuale porterebbe all'incertezza giuridica e non terrebbe conto dei diversi modi in cui le singole imprese sono colpite.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo il rifiuto del Consiglio nazionale, il 2 dicembre 2020 il Consiglio degli Stati \u00e8 giunto alla conclusione che non si occuper\u00e0 nemmeno della questione. Questo significa che la legge \u00e8 ora definitivamente fuori discussione.<\/p>\n<p>Il tentativo dei politici di sinistra di interferire con la libert\u00e0 di contratto con una legge ha fermato le trattative tra inquilini e proprietari, che erano iniziate bene secondo il monitoraggio del Consiglio federale, poich\u00e9 tutti dovevano aspettare una possibile soluzione legale. \"Questo spiacevole stato di cose \u00e8 ora finito\", la SVIT Svizzera commenta il rifiuto della legge.
