Nel farlo, annuncia \"misure inevitabili e dolorose\".<\/p>\n<p>Come annunciato marted\u00ec, Implenia intende concentrarsi in futuro sull'edilizia e sui servizi immobiliari in Svizzera e Germania. Solo i progetti di costruzione di gallerie e infrastrutture devono essere portati avanti in altri mercati.<\/p>\n<p>Implenia intende vendere o interrompere diverse aree di business che non sono strategiche, redditizie o parte del suo core business. Il Gruppo intende inoltre ridurre le proprie partecipazioni in altre societ\u00e0 al fine di migliorare il proprio rapporto di capitale proprio.<\/p>\n<h2>La fine delle aree non redditizie nell'edilizia e nell'ingegneria civile<\/h2>\n<p>L'ingegneria civile (Divisione Ingegneria Civile) \u00e8 particolarmente interessata dalle misure. Le attivit\u00e0 in Svezia, Norvegia, Austria e Romania saranno vendute o abbandonate; l'attivit\u00e0 di costruzione di gallerie in Francia \u00e8 sotto osservazione. Implenia intende inoltre concentrarsi su regioni selezionate della Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p>Nel settore dell'edilizia, nella Divisione Edifici, verranno chiuse le unit\u00e0 aziendali non redditizie, come la tedesca Implenia Bau GmbH. Le attivit\u00e0 in Austria saranno trasferite a un nuovo proprietario. Nella divisione Specialties, che opera come general contractor nel settore delle costruzioni e dell'ingegneria, saranno vendute o dismesse anche unit\u00e0 aziendali non strategiche o non redditizie, come Implenia Modernbau GmbH con sede a Saarbr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo, la divisione Real Estate verr\u00e0 ampliata: Secondo Implenia, la divisione continuer\u00e0 a crescere in Svizzera con il suo portafoglio di sviluppo e si espander\u00e0 anche in Germania. In futuro, fornir\u00e0 anche servizi di gestione del portafoglio e degli asset e svilupper\u00e0 prodotti immobiliari scalabili per i mercati internazionali.<\/p>\n<h2>Implenia scivola in rosso<\/h2>\n<p>Secondo l'azienda, la ristrutturazione ora annunciata interesser\u00e0 circa 2.000 posizioni a tempo pieno entro il 2023. Implenia prevede 750 esuberi, di cui circa 250 in Svizzera. I restanti 1.250 posti di lavoro saranno trasferiti ad altri proprietari. Implenia prevede un risparmio annuo di oltre 50 milioni di franchi svizzeri e una riduzione delle attivit\u00e0 di 20% entro il 2023. I costi di ristrutturazione sono stimati in circa 60 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Per l'esercizio 2020, Implenia prevede un EBITDA di circa -70 milioni. Questo include l'effetto della transazione Ina-Invest (+49 milioni), gli effetti della pandemia Corona (-50 milioni), rettifiche di valore straordinarie su progetti per 200 milioni e costi di ristrutturazione (60 milioni). Il portafoglio ordini si aggira intorno ai 6,1 miliardi.<\/p>\n<p>Per il 2021, Implenia prevede un EBIT di oltre 100 milioni e un EBITDA di oltre 200 milioni.
