Alla data limite del 1\u00b0 giugno 2020, in Svizzera sono stati contati 78'832 appartamenti sfitti, ossia 1,72% del parco immobiliare totale (comprese le case unifamiliari) e un aumento di 3'449 appartamenti o 4,6% rispetto all'anno precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto al 2019, il tasso di sfitto \u00e8 aumentato per tutte le categorie di appartamenti, tranne che per gli appartamenti di 5 stanze. Secondo l'UST, l'offerta di appartamenti con una e due stanze \u00e8 quella che si \u00e8 espansa di pi\u00f9, crescendo rispettivamente di 14,5% e 7,0%. Solo il numero di appartamenti di cinque stanze in offerta \u00e8 diminuito leggermente di -0,5% rispetto all'anno precedente. La maggior parte degli appartamenti sfitti ha tre o quattro stanze.<\/p>\n<h2>L'offerta aumenta maggiormente in Ticino e nella regione del Lago di Ginevra<\/h2>\n<p>Secondo l'UST, il numero di appartamenti offerti e sfitti sul mercato \u00e8 aumentato in cinque delle sette grandi regioni, con i maggiori aumenti registrati in Ticino e nella regione del Lago di Ginevra (rispettivamente +0,42 e +0,21 punti percentuali). Solo le grandi regioni della Svizzera orientale e l'Espace Mittelland hanno registrato un leggero calo rispetto all'anno precedente (rispettivamente -0,08 e -0,02 punti percentuali).<\/p>\n<p>Il pi\u00f9 alto tasso di posti vacanti in Svizzera \u00e8 nel cantone di Soletta con 3,22%; \u00e8 l'unico cantone che supera la soglia del tre per cento. L'UST ha anche riscontrato alti tassi di posti vacanti nei cantoni Ticino (2,71%), Argovia (2,65%) e Giura (2,52%). La cifra pi\u00f9 bassa \u00e8 stata registrata nel cantone di Ginevra (0,49%). I tassi di sfitto sono bassi anche nei cantoni di Zugo (0,70%), Zurigo (0,91%), Obvaldo (0,92%) e Basilea Citt\u00e0 (0,96%).<\/p>\n<p>In cifre assolute, il numero di appartamenti sfitti \u00e8 aumentato maggiormente nel cantone di Vaud - di 1'187 appartamenti. Il maggior numero di appartamenti non occupati, tuttavia, si trova nel cantone di Berna con 10.678 unit\u00e0. La maggiore carenza di approvvigionamento \u00e8 stata segnalata dal cantone dei Grigioni (-480 unit\u00e0) e dal cantone di Sciaffusa (-218 unit\u00e0).
