La crescita degli affitti ha raggiunto il 5,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Nei primi sei mesi dell'anno, anche il tasso di posti vacanti \u00e8 sceso di quasi 12%. Attualmente, l'8,2% degli appartamenti della societ\u00e0 sono liberi. Il valore di mercato delle propriet\u00e0 esistenti \u00e8 aumentato di 4,6% a ben 1,1 miliardi rispetto alla fine del 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Peach Property ha messo l'utile ante imposte del periodo a 17,1 milioni, in calo rispetto ai 25,4 milioni della prima met\u00e0 del 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Il NAV secondo IFRS \u00e8 aumentato di 2,6% a 399,5 milioni al semestre 2020 rispetto al valore di fine anno. L'aumento rispetto al periodo precedente \u00e8 stato di 28,5%. Il NAV IFRS per azione \u00e8 aumentato da 35,10 CHF nel periodo precedente e 43,30 CHF alla fine dell'anno a 44,00 CHF alla fine di giugno 2020. Peach Property Group prevede un ulteriore aumento del NAV per azione per l'intero anno.<\/p>\n<p>Attraverso l'integrazione <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/it\/peach-property-kauft-in-deutschland-zu\/\">del portafoglio recentemente acquisito con 5.450 appartamenti<\/a> il portafoglio esistente aumenter\u00e0 a circa 1,5 miliardi. Il nuovo portafoglio immobiliare generer\u00e0 un reddito locativo effettivo annuo di circa 22 milioni.
