Lo strumento \u00e8 destinato principalmente a sostenere le citt\u00e0 e le amministrazioni cittadine nello sviluppo degli insediamenti urbani. Qui, le mappe di zonizzazione digitale sono possibili attraverso la traduzione nel modello di dati. Vi si possono mappare le zone d'uso, le zone speciali e le tipologie di edifici.
