Tuttavia, l'offerta rispetto allo stock totale stimato \u00e8 ancora bassa, pari al 2,2%. Tuttavia, JLL prevede un aumento dei posti vacanti nei prossimi anni a causa di nuovi edifici e trasferimenti.<\/p>\n<p>A Zurigo, di gran lunga il pi\u00f9 grande mercato degli uffici, l'offerta di spazi \u00e8 aumentata leggermente del 2%, raggiungendo i 398.000 mq.
