Le imprese che hanno dovuto chiudere durante la serrata per ordine delle autorit\u00e0 non dovranno pagare alcun affitto per questo periodo. Principalmente, si tratta di negozi e ristoranti nelle stazioni, e a seconda del loro uso, questa fase durer\u00e0 dal 17 marzo al 26 aprile, 10 maggio o probabilmente 8 giugno 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Le imprese che non hanno dovuto chiudere pagheranno meno affitto durante il blocco, hanno aggiunto le FFS. L'ammontare delle riduzioni dipender\u00e0 dal calo del fatturato. Gli inquilini di uffici e spazi residenziali non riceveranno alcuna riduzione dell'affitto.<\/p>\n<p>Questo regolamento ha lo scopo di sostenere gli affittuari, contribuire alla loro sicurezza di pianificazione e liquidit\u00e0, e onorare le relazioni commerciali, alcune delle quali esistono da molti anni, continuano le FFS. Le aziende non devono richiedere le riduzioni di affitto, le FFS vogliono avvicinarle. Le FFS hanno anche esteso il periodo di pagamento degli affitti di 60 giorni a partire da marzo e hanno abolito l'orario minimo di apertura per tutti i negozi. <em>(ah)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le FFS rinunciano e riducono gli affitti commerciali nelle sue propriet\u00e0 durante il blocco.
