Per gli affitti mensili lordi superiori a 5.000 franchi, un sistema d'incentivi promuove la comprensione tra locatore e inquilino: Se locatore e inquilino si accordano per ridurre l'affitto dovuto a un terzo, la Confederazione versa un terzo dell'affitto lordo per un periodo di due mesi, fino a un massimo di 3000 franchi. Poich\u00e9 questo prevede un contributo finanziario della Confederazione alle spese di affitto, ci si devono aspettare delle spese supplementari. Tuttavia, una stima dei costi \u00e8 ancora in sospeso.<\/p>\n<p>La mozione era destinata a sostenere le piccole imprese particolarmente colpite e finanziariamente deboli. La WAK-S, invece, ha respinto le considerazioni che prevedono una riduzione dell'affitto di 70% per la durata della chiusura ufficialmente ordinata per tutte le imprese colpite. In considerazione della forza finanziaria molto diversa degli inquilini, erano contrari a una tale soluzione generale per tutti gli inquilini.<\/p>\n<p>L'Associazione immobiliare svizzera (VIS) accoglie con favore la mozione della WAK-S, ma sottolinea che gli accordi di partenariato tra inquilini e proprietari sono ancora in primo piano. Se gli accordi sono gi\u00e0 stati conclusi, devono rimanere validi in ogni caso. Per la stessa ragione, si consiglia alle parti dei contratti d'affitto di concludere rapidamente le trattative gi\u00e0 in corso.
