La maggior parte di questi affittuari pagano un affitto mensile di meno di 4.000 franchi, ma anche singoli commercianti del settore non alimentare con superfici d'affitto corrispondentemente grandi hanno dovuto chiudere i loro negozi, ha detto Hiag.<\/p>\n<p>A met\u00e0 aprile 2020, erano state ricevute circa 70 richieste di possibili rinunce e rinvii dell'affitto, corrispondenti a circa il 7% di tutti gli inquilini. L'affitto mensile interessato \u00e8 inferiore al 2% dell'affitto totale annualizzato. Oltre ai rinvii dell'affitto, Hiag ha deciso di concedere riduzioni o rinunce all'affitto su base individuale alle micro-imprese e ai lavoratori autonomi che possono fornire le relative prove, scrive Hiag in una valutazione. Nel caso di 15 inquilini, Hiag ha accettato volontariamente di rinunciare all'affitto per un massimo di un mese, che ad oggi corrisponde ad una somma di affitto di circa 0,1% del reddito annuale di affitto dell'intera azienda. Questo sosterrebbe gli inquilini che sono principalmente attivi nei settori dell'ospitalit\u00e0, del tempo libero, dell'istruzione e della salute e che danno un contributo importante a un mix attraente di inquilini sui siti di Hiag.
