Il prezzo di sottoscrizione \u00e8 di 182,00 franchi svizzeri per quota, che comprende il valore patrimoniale netto (dopo la distribuzione), i proventi maturati, la commissione di emissione e le spese accessorie previste dal contratto del fondo. L'emissione ha quindi un volume massimo di 36,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri.<\/p>\n<p>Il periodo di sottoscrizione va dal 27 aprile all'8 maggio 2020; gli azionisti esistenti possono acquistare nuove azioni del fondo immobiliare sulla base dei loro diritti di sottoscrizione - 23 azioni esistenti danno diritto all'acquisto di una nuova azione.
