Un punto critico \u00e8 l'accesso al parcheggio da 140 posti, che consente di accedere al complesso dalla Oberlandstrasse.<\/p>\n<p>La sovrastruttura deve adattarsi alla topografia dei 17.000 metri quadrati di Eschermatte. Quattro case alte sette metri si affacceranno su Oberlandstrasse e Kapellenstrasse, mentre gli altri sei edifici saranno leggermente pi\u00f9 alti, intorno ai 9,5 metri. Il passaggio al paesaggio non edificato con alberi da frutto esistenti deve essere agevole. Il progetto circostante prevede anche la piantumazione di un numero maggiore di alberi rispetto al passato. L'insediamento \u00e8 chiuso al traffico e sar\u00e0 collegato al vicino centro del paese e alla stazione ferroviaria da un sentiero pubblico. L'inizio dei lavori di costruzione \u00e8 previsto per la seconda met\u00e0 del 2016.<\/p>\n<p>La progettazione \u00e8 affidata a un team degli studi HMS Architekten und Planer AG e Christian Nussbaum AG. Nussbaum \u00e8 anche presidente del consiglio di amministrazione dell'investitore Escherpark AG.
