Nell'\u00c4ussere Lorzenallmend, invece, si vuole realizzare un denso sviluppo di grattacieli con un'altezza massima di 50 metri.<\/p>\n<p>La normativa sui grattacieli richiede inoltre che questi ultimi abbiano un'elevata qualit\u00e0 di progettazione urbana. Ogni grattacielo richiede una procedura di concorso in pi\u00f9 fasi e un piano di sviluppo, che deve essere approvato dal parlamento cittadino.<\/p>\n<p>Esistono piani concreti per la costruzione di grattacieli per l'\u00c4ussere Lorzenallmend, l'Hertizentrum, il Siemensareal, il sito Baarerstrasse-West, Industriestrasse Nord e per il progetto del Cluster tecnologico di Zug.<\/p>\n<p>Il regolamento edilizio per i grattacieli \u00e8 attualmente in fase di revisione preliminare da parte del Dipartimento cantonale dell'edilizia. Il 1\u00b0 dicembre 2015 \u00e8 stato presentato alla Commissione edilizia e pianificazione del Gran Consiglio comunale e sar\u00e0 discusso dal Gran Consiglio comunale nella prima met\u00e0 del 2016. Il regolamento sar\u00e0 poi disponibile per la consultazione pubblica.
