L'EBITDA ha raggiunto i 72,9 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Con 11,4 milioni, il risultato operativo del Gruppo \u00e8 stato significativamente inferiore a quello dell'anno precedente, pari a 27,2 milioni. Implenia attribuisce il calo agli effetti delle correzioni apportate alla fine del 2018 e all'attuazione della nuova strategia. Finora sono stati sostenuti costi per circa 10 milioni per la trasformazione dell'azienda. Il risultato finale \u00e8 un utile netto di 0,5 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Implenia comunica che il risultato del primo semestre conferma le aspettative. L'azienda ritiene di essere sulla buona strada per l'attuazione della sua nuova strategia: la nuova organizzazione con le quattro divisioni Sviluppo, Edilizia, Ingegneria Civile e Specialit\u00e0, le funzioni globali (Finanza, Risorse Umane, Legale, Strategia, Informatica di Gruppo, Marketing\/Comunicazione) e il centro di competenza \"Project Excellence &amp; Services\", nonch\u00e9 i presidenti dei Paesi si sono affermati in breve tempo e stanno avendo un impatto.<\/p>\n<p>In considerazione dell'elevato portafoglio ordini, Implenia conferma l'obiettivo di un EBITDA per il 2019 di oltre 150 milioni prima dei costi di implementazione della strategia di circa 20 milioni.
