In considerazione degli affitti, anch'essi in leggero calo, il rapporto prezzo-affitto \u00e8 rimasto quasi invariato: Nel secondo trimestre del 2019, 31 affitti annuali sono stati richiesti per acquistare un comparabile<br \/>\nper acquisire una casa propria.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il sondaggio, il rapporto prezzo-reddito \u00e8 sceso per l'ottavo trimestre di fila. Secondo l'indagine, poco meno di 6,4 redditi familiari annuali erano ancora necessari per acquistare una casa nel segmento di prezzo medio. Spinto dalle condizioni di finanziamento sempre pi\u00f9 attraenti, lo slancio nel<br \/>\nI prestiti ipotecari, tuttavia, sono leggermente pi\u00f9 alti di un anno fa.<\/p>\n<p>Da un punto di vista regionale, i maggiori squilibri sono nella zona di Zurigo e nella Svizzera centrale. Ma ci sono anche maggiori squilibri nelle aree di Basilea, Losanna e Lugano, secondo la grande banca.<\/p>\n<p>I prezzi delle case pubblicizzati hanno continuato a diminuire nell'ultimo trimestre.
