Rispetto allo stesso trimestre dell'anno precedente, questo rappresenta un aumento del 12,9%, riferisce FPRE nella sua analisi di mercato. Tuttavia, questo aumento \u00e8 fortemente legato al precedente crollo degli affitti, che ha raggiunto il suo punto pi\u00f9 basso per il momento nel secondo trimestre del 2018, e il conseguente effetto base.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre nei trimestri passati l'aumento degli affitti era molto simile in tutte le regioni, il quadro nel secondo trimestre del 2019 era molto pi\u00f9 eterogeneo. Le regioni di Basilea (+4,4%), Mittelland (+3,4%) e Zurigo (+3,2%) sono nuovamente aumentate in modo significativo rispetto al trimestre precedente.<\/p>\n<p>Nella regione del lago di Ginevra, invece, gli affitti sono gi\u00e0 scesi di nuovo leggermente (-0,5%), mentre nella Svizzera orientale (-1,7%) e meridionale (-1,9%) sono stati osservati cali di affitti pi\u00f9 significativi, dice la FPRE.
