Il risultato annuale a livello di gruppo \u00e8 comunque passato in rosso: l'azienda ha registrato una perdita di 868.000 franchi svizzeri dopo un utile di circa 1,7 milioni nell'anno precedente. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto principalmente alla correzione del valore di mercato delle propriet\u00e0 di Prilly (VD), passato da 31,4 a 29,7 milioni di euro, riferisce Swiss Estates. \u00c8 probabile che si tratti di un effetto una tantum, ha aggiunto l'azienda.<\/p>\n<p>Il bilancio annuale dei conti individuali, invece, mostra un utile di 1,5 milioni dopo la perdita di 904.000 franchi dell'anno precedente. L'Assemblea generale del 14 giugno sar\u00e0 quindi chiamata per la prima volta ad approvare le assegnazioni alle riserve e agli utili a nuovo.<\/p>\n<p>Swiss Estates investe in edifici residenziali nelle aree urbane della Svizzera e negli agglomerati delle grandi citt\u00e0.
