Secondo un'indagine di Credit Suisse (CS), il proprietario medio aveva ancora 54 anni nel 2000, mentre nel 2016 l'et\u00e0 media era gi\u00e0 di 58 anni. Quasi la met\u00e0 di tutti i pensionati (49,7%) vive ora in una propriet\u00e0, il che supera significativamente il tasso di propriet\u00e0 della casa di circa il 38% in tutte le fasce d'et\u00e0, continua lo studio.<\/p>\n<p>Nei prossimi anni, l'et\u00e0 media dei proprietari di case aumenter\u00e0 ancora di pi\u00f9, prevedono i ricercatori del CS.
