L'anno scorso in Svizzera sono state fondate 40.000 aziende con appena 50.000 dipendenti. Molte start-up e piccole aziende sono tra loro e richiedono nuovi concetti sul mercato degli uffici. Inoltre, molte aziende lavorano sempre pi\u00f9 in gruppi di progetto, che richiedono un ambiente altrettanto innovativo e creativo. \"Il networking nel mondo del lavoro sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante, sia digitalmente che nella vita reale\", ha riassunto Kuprecht, citando cos\u00ec un argomento importante per gli spazi di coworking, che esistono anche in Svizzera da qualche anno.<\/p>\n<p>Attualmente, la Confederazione ha pi\u00f9 di 200 sedi di coworking. Recentemente, il tasso di crescita in questo segmento \u00e8 stato di circa il 15-17%. Secondo le stime di CBRE, questo riguarda solo meno dell'uno per cento del mercato locale degli spazi per uffici. Tuttavia, a seconda del raggio, c'\u00e8 gi\u00e0 un tasso di assorbimento dal cinque al dieci per cento da parte dei fornitori di spazi flessibili nelle vicinanze della stazione principale di Zurigo, dice Kuprecht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ragioni strategiche per il \"coworking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per Garry G\u00fcrtler, rappresentante svizzero dell'operatore internazionale di business center IWG, \u00e8 chiaro che la digitalizzazione \u00e8 il grande motore della tendenza del coworking. \"Questo ha un impatto sia sulle abitudini dei dipendenti che sulla gestione degli spazi dei datori di lavoro. Ma ci sono anche ragioni puramente strategiche e finanziarie che spingono le grandi aziende a percorrere la strada del coworking: \"Le grandi aziende hanno bisogno di una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 per poter coprire rapidamente grandi aree geografiche in diversi paesi\", dice. Gli spazi di coworking sono ideali per questo. Un altro aspetto per le aziende, secondo G\u00fcrtler, \u00e8 il nuovo standard di leasing IFRS 16.<\/p>\n<p>IWG \u00e8 attiva in Svizzera da 25 anni con il suo marchio Regus business centre e ha diversificato la sua offerta negli ultimi anni con vari marchi. Ora, con i concetti Spaces, No.18, OpenOffice, Signature e Basepoint, offre mondi di coworking per diverse esigenze - dai giovani imprenditori in fase di avvio a una clientela d'affari sofisticata e pi\u00f9 anziana, dice G\u00fcrtler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Swiss Life segue la tendenza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infine, Giorgio Engeli di Swiss Life Asset Management ha mostrato alcuni esempi pratici di concetti di coworking. La compagnia assicurativa vede anche delle opportunit\u00e0 di marketing per lo spazio flessibile per uffici e attualmente ha diversi progetti in cantiere. Per esempio, in collaborazione con Village Office a Tessinerplatz a Zurigo, in collaborazione con OfficeLab a Baden e a Blandonnet-BIRD a Ginevra-Vernier vicino all'aeroporto.<\/p>\n<p>Sulla Bahnhofstrasse di Zurigo, Swiss Life sta allestendo un piano di uffici di coworking specifico per le donne insieme alla societ\u00e0 WeSpace. Con \"The One Zurich\", un altro progetto con spazi per uffici flessibili e di alta qualit\u00e0 seguir\u00e0 presto sulla Seefeldstrasse presso la stazione Tiefenbrunnen, secondo Engeli. Vede anche \"TicTricTrac\" a Binz di Zurigo come molto adatto per un concetto di coworking per le aziende.
