Secondo lo studio, i centri commerciali svizzeri devono affrontare sfide molto importanti.<\/p>\n<p>Quest'anno - a seconda del clima e dell'andamento degli affari natalizi - la maggior parte dei centri svizzeri chiuder\u00e0 con un calo delle vendite rispetto all'anno precedente. Secondo gli esperti, nei prossimi anni la situazione peggiorer\u00e0 notevolmente in termini di calo delle vendite, riduzione degli spazi e chiusura di filiali.<\/p>\n<p>Il 60% degli intervistati da stoffelzurich ritiene che le vendite nel settore del commercio stazionario continueranno a diminuire nei prossimi anni. Il 90% dei partecipanti allo studio concorda sul fatto che la vendita al dettaglio online continuer\u00e0 a crescere.<\/p>\n<p>In questo contesto, il 70% degli intervistati prevede un calo della domanda di spazi commerciali.
