Soprattutto dal 2008 al 2012 e di nuovo dal 2015, si pu\u00f2 osservare una sorprendente tendenza al rialzo. Tuttavia, i prezzi si sono sviluppati diversamente nei quartieri della citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il prezzo medio delle propriet\u00e0 residenziali (escluse le nuove costruzioni e i condomini) nella citt\u00e0 di Zurigo \u00e8 attualmente di 11.000 CHF per metro quadrato di superficie. Questo \u00e8 il risultato di un'analisi di quasi 2.800 cambi di propriet\u00e0 dal 2008 al 2018, 91 dei quali nell'anno in corso. Il prezzo mediano per metro quadrato di superficie \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che raddoppiato tra il 2008 e maggio 2018, riferiscono gli statistici. \"I continui tassi d'interesse molto bassi in combinazione con l'alta domanda di alloggi sembrano quindi avere un forte impatto sul mercato immobiliare nella citt\u00e0 di Zurigo\", conclude la citt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Un confronto tra il prezzo mediano per metro quadrato di superficie dal 2008 al 2012 con il prezzo mediano dal 2013 al 2018 mostra un aumento in tutta la citt\u00e0 del 32 per cento. L'aumento dei prezzi per metro quadrato di superficie \u00e8 stato particolarmente alto nei distretti 1 e 6. Nel distretto 1, l'aumento \u00e8 stato del 75 per cento, ma questa cifra si basa su relativamente poche transazioni, secondo la Statistik Stadt Z\u00fcrich.
