Il valore netto d'inventario al 31 marzo 2018 - compresi i costi per le perizie e l'acquisizione di immobili - \u00e8 aumentato a 117,95 CHF per unit\u00e0 rispetto al 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Il 15 giugno 2018, un'azione di Bonh\u00f4te-Immobilier \u00e8 stata scambiata in borsa a circa 140,90 CHF.
