Anche altri azionisti e nuovi investitori hanno espresso il loro interesse a sottoscrivere le obbligazioni. Le obbligazioni che non sono state sottoscritte nell'ambito della sottoscrizione anticipata vengono quindi ora offerte ad altri azionisti e investitori interessati.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 stata richiesta la quotazione dell'obbligazione presso la SIX Swiss Exchange e il primo giorno di negoziazione \u00e8 previsto per il 25 giugno 2018.<\/p>\n<p>L'obbligazione ibrida con warrant ha una durata illimitata e pu\u00f2 essere revocata da Peach Property per la prima volta il 22 giugno 2023. Fino ad allora, la cedola d'interesse ammonta all'1,75 per cento (annuo) e successivamente al tasso di mercato dei capitali applicabile in quel momento (almeno zero per cento) pi\u00f9 il 9,25 per cento (annuo).<\/p>\n<p>Chi possiede un'obbligazione del valore nominale di 1.000 franchi ricever\u00e0 quattro warrant per la sottoscrizione di azioni nominative di Peach Property Group AG. Ogni warrant d\u00e0 diritto a sottoscrivere un'azione nominativa al prezzo di 25,00 franchi per azione.
