Tuttavia, non sono solo le regole di finanziamento pi\u00f9 severe (parole chiave Basilea III e Basilea IV) a causare problemi alle istituzioni finanziarie; anche nuovi attori stanno apparendo sempre pi\u00f9, come le compagnie di assicurazione e i fondi pensione. Inoltre, ci sono piattaforme online e intermediari su internet, che da un lato rendono l'offerta di prestiti immobiliari pi\u00f9 ampia e trasparente, ma creano anche un'ulteriore pressione nella concorrenza. Il riassunto di Kraft: \"I finanziatori tradizionali sono in guerra su diversi fronti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"Panorama eterogeneo di prestatori\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebastian Angst, partner e CEO di Pro Ressource AG, ha messo questo punto di vista in prospettiva nella sua presentazione, spiegando: \"\u00c8 probabilmente pi\u00f9 un'evoluzione che una rivoluzione quella che sta avvenendo attualmente nel settore ancora dominato dalle banche\". Nel frattempo, le banche si erano adattate alle nuove regole del gioco e reagirono di conseguenza con un aumento dei margini di credito e finanziamenti pi\u00f9 restrittivi. Le compagnie di assicurazione e i fondi pensione hanno abilmente sfruttato le lacune che si sono aperte. Insieme ai nuovi servizi di finanziamento, come Finovo o Avobis, c'\u00e8 ora un \"paesaggio eterogeneo di prestatori\" in questo paese. \"C'\u00e8 sicuramente un cambiamento e con esso si aprono molte opportunit\u00e0 per tutti gli attori\", ha detto l'economista aziendale Sebastian Angst alla fine della sua presentazione.<\/p>\n<p>Il Prof. Dr. Andreas Dietrich dell'Istituto di servizi finanziari di Zugo (IFZ) ha poi portato cifre impressionanti: Il mercato attuale delle ipoteche concluse online era gi\u00e0 poco pi\u00f9 di quattro miliardi di franchi svizzeri l'anno scorso. Tuttavia, questa cifra \u00e8 ancora relativamente bassa, se si guarda al potenziale di mercato del solo prestito ai privati, che ammontava a ben 730 miliardi nel 2017. Questo mercato cresce ogni anno di circa 19 miliardi, o un buon 2,6 per cento, secondo Dietrich. I nuovi giocatori online potrebbero quindi prendere una fetta un po' pi\u00f9 grande della torta. Secondo Ankenbrand, lo spettro va dalle iscrizioni al catasto ai contratti intelligenti, ai processi di transazione e agli affari immobiliari che utilizzano le criptovalute. Tuttavia, ha anche ammesso: \"I partecipanti al mercato non sono ancora desiderosi di soluzioni di questo tipo\". Qui, c'\u00e8 spesso ancora una mancanza di fiducia nelle nuove tecnologie.
