L'investimento complessivo per le case popolari, lo stadio di calcio e i due grattacieli ammonta a circa 570 milioni di franchi svizzeri, secondo le informazioni precedenti.<\/p>\n<p>Il <em>NZZ<\/em> ha riferito che i socialdemocratici, tuttavia, ora chiedono che HRS e Credit Suisse includano nel progetto un maggior numero di appartamenti non a scopo di lucro. Il giornale riferisce che i due investitori hanno quindi proposto un accordo di scambio: se il PS sosterr\u00e0 il progetto Hardturm, il Credit Suisse vender\u00e0 alla citt\u00e0 un altro lotto di terreno del suo portafoglio su cui potrebbero essere costruiti fino a 150 appartamenti aggiuntivi senza scopo di lucro. Ci\u00f2 comporterebbe un totale di 324 appartamenti a canone calmierato e 600 a canone di mercato, pari a pi\u00f9 di un terzo dei nuovi appartamenti senza scopo di lucro. Il giornale continua dicendo che il PS vuole esaminare l'offerta all'interno della fazione del consiglio comunale in questi giorni.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo la NZZ, se il PS dovesse rifiutare l'offerta, l'intero progetto rischierebbe di fallire. Questo perch\u00e9 i due grattacieli residenziali erano stati promessi agli investitori della gara d'appalto come investimento immobiliare, in cambio del quale avrebbero finanziato uno stadio di calcio per la citt\u00e0 per 105 milioni di CHF. Se il progetto originale dovesse essere modificato in modo eccessivo, ad esempio ampliando il complesso di alloggi cooperativi, probabilmente l'intero progetto dovrebbe essere sottoposto a una nuova gara d'appalto.<\/p>\n<p>Come minimo, le rinegoziazioni stanno ritardando il processo politico.
